Roofers PUF 40W formulated polyols are spraying polyurethane rigid foam system designed with HCFC-141b as blowing agents. It is widely used in the insulation markets, such as industry building, reserve tank, house and refrigerator storehouse etc. This system is suitable to spray on variety matrix surface, such as steel, cement, stone, wood, brick and other materials. Excellent operationality, mechanical properties, adhesive strength, B3 fire behavior and low thermal conductivity are the main features when it reacts with MDI which are the recommended isocyanates for the formulation. This system is quickly solidified by spraying and has enough rigidity to bear the weight of worker. As with any product, the use of the Roofers PUF 40W formulated polyols in a given application must be tested (including field testing, etc.) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
